It started with a text thread, not a business plan.

When the fires hit Los Angeles, Jessica's phone filled up with the same message from mom after mom: I have bags of my kids' outgrown clothes in great condition. How do I get them to a family who actually needs them?

There wasn't a good answer. So she started doing it the slow way, matching families by hand, one message at a time. It worked. And it kept working long after the emergency passed, because every parent has the bin in the closet and no simple way to get those clothes to the next kid.

What we're about

Mission-driven and mom-built.

With over a decade in ecommerce marketing, Jessica built The Little Loop to do at scale what she'd already proven by hand: send outgrown clothes straight to one real family, with no listings, no haggling, and no landfill in between.

We care about doing right by our families and by the planet, and we move quickly without losing that care. Sending clothes forward should take minutes, not evenings, and it should feel good, because you know exactly where they went.

    The spark. The LA fires. Families everywhere ask the same question: how do I get my kids' outgrown clothes to a family who can actually use them?

    Proof it works. A year of matching families by hand and asking moms what an easier version of this should look like.

  • January 2026

    Building the loop. The hand-matched process becomes a real system, then weeks of testing.

  • March 5, 2026

    The first bag ships. The first Loop Bag sells and ships: boy 2T clothes, straight out of LA.

  • Spring 2026

    Word spreads. Families in 37+ states join the loop, connected entirely by moms telling other moms.

  • Today

    Still growing. 411 bags in the loop, 3,650+ families signed up, and clothes moving between real households every week.
