I love this concept but for a single mom who wants to help others, knowing the financial struggle we can go through when things are so expensive, this is pricey. I have mountains of clothes in fantastic condition that I would love to contribute but could never afford to do have to pay to give the clothes away.

I was blown away by The Little Loop. I was in desperate need of clothes for my daughter and working full time I did not have the time left over to search Facebook groups for clothes. Someone sending their bag of clothes directly to my house made all the difference. My daughter felt so special getting a bright pink bag full of new to her clothes.

The process was very unclear and confusing. It took repeated emails for someone to answer my questions and explain the process. They kept offering a refund, but I really just wanted to understand how to SEND clothes versus RECEIVE clothes. It's a great concept, hopefully they can make things more clear for future participants.
