How it works

The 3 Step Solution

A mom with her child filling a Loop Bag
1

Buy and fill your bag

Get a Loop Bag and pack it with the clothes your kid outgrew.

2

Log in and tell us what's inside

Sign in to your account and enter the gender and size of the clothes in your bag.

3

We match you and send your label

We find someone with a kid of the same gender, one size down, and send you a prepaid shipping label. See exactly how matching works

Get your Loop Bag

Prepaid shipping included with every bag. Nothing else to buy.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to send a bag to get a bag?

Joining is free and anyone can be matched, but senders get priority. The fastest way to receive is to send.

What condition should the clothes be in?

Washed and in good condition. No rips or stains, please. If your kid wore it happily, it belongs in the bag.

How do you account for seasons?

We match within your climate zone, like Southwest or Northeast, so the clothes fit the weather they're worn in.

Why does a bag cost $20?

It's the entire cost of sending: the bag, the prepaid label, and the matching system. Compare that to an afternoon of listing and haggling, or a donation bin where most of it never reaches a kid.

Where do the clothes actually go?

To one specific family whose kid wears that exact size next. Not a warehouse. Not a bin.

Can you do twin matching?

Yes. We match twins to other twin families, same genders and at least one size down. See how twin matching works.

How many pieces of clothing fit in a bag?

Each Loop Bag holds about 8 lbs of clothing. Depending on the sizes you are sending, that is roughly 30 to 50 items.

I’m not a crunchy, zero-waste kind of person. I just didn’t want to throw away perfectly good clothes. This was the easiest version of doing the right thing I’ve ever found

I got a bag of the sweetest little dresses last month and almost cried. Someone I’ll never meet thought about my daughter. That’s not something Poshmark gives you

I love that The Little Loop makes passing on clothes feel intentional. It honestly feels like moms helping moms, not just getting rid of stuff. Such a thoughtful idea.

I love how simple this system is! I filled the bag in one weekend and it felt amazing knowing the clothes were going to another family.

I wish this existed years ago! It’s great for the planet and for busy parents who don’t have time to sort donations.

K
Kelly

Sending my first bag was so satisfying. Scanned the QR code, printed the label, done. I wish this existed years ago!

As a mom trying to be more sustainable, The Little Loop makes it simple. No guilt, no waste — just a smarter way to pass things on.

E
Emily

The process was very unclear and confusing. It took repeated emails for someone to answer my questions and explain the process. They kept offering a refund, but I really just wanted to understand how to SEND clothes versus RECEIVE clothes. It's a great concept, hopefully they can make things more clear for future participants.

J
Jackie

I love the mission and I understand it is a new company and that marches aren’t guaranteed. But I’m now $20 plus all the money spent on the clothes that no longer fit my child out and no bag in return. I could’ve sold it online and made money back.

L
Lauren

The whole experience felt easy, thoughtful, and surprisingly emotional. I’m already filling my next bag.

K
Katie

This made me feel so much better about letting go of my daughter’s clothes. They were going to another family instead of sitting in storage.
