If something isn't right, tell us.

There are two different situations, and they're handled two different ways. Here's exactly what to do for each.

Situation one

You bought a Loop Bag and it isn't what you expected

You can return an unused Loop Bag within 90 days of receiving it. This applies to empty bags only, meaning a bag you purchased and have not filled or sent.

Situation two

You received a bag of clothes and it isn't what you wanted

Bags that come to you can't be returned, but you don't have to keep something that doesn't work for your family. Let us know and we'll rematch you.

A note on why we do it this way

The whole point of the loop is that clothes keep moving to a kid who needs them. If a bag lands with you and it isn't right, sending it backward doesn't help anyone. Rematching keeps it moving forward instead.
