Already Bought a Loop Bag?

Quick Guide: How to Send Your Loop Bag

  1. Find your bag in your account
    Log in to your dashboard and locate your bag under Outgoing Bags – In Progress.

  2. Fill your bag with clothes
    Add clean kids’ clothes from one child, keeping sizes close together.

  3. Enter bag details and find your match
    Add the size and gender, mark your bag as ready, and confirm your match.

  4. Print your label and ship
    Attach your prepaid label and drop your bag at USPS.

Step 1: Find Your Bag in Your Account

Start by locating your bag in your Little Loop account.

Log in to your account and navigate to your main dashboard. From there, look for the section labeled “Outgoing Bags – In Progress.” Your bag should appear in this section.

Step 2: Add Clothes to Your Bag

Now that you can see your bag in your account, it’s time to start filling it with your child’s outgrown clothes.

To keep our matching process as accurate as possible, we ask that you stick to one child’s clothes per bag and keep the same gender together.

You can include multiple sizes as long as they are close together. For example, 12M and 18M work well together, but 2T and 5T are too far apart.

If you combine sizes, please list the smaller size when entering your bag details. This helps us match your bag with a child who can grow into the larger sizes.

Step 3: Find Your Match

Now that your bag is full, it’s time to find the family who will receive it.

  • Log in to your account and locate your bag on your dashboard.

  • Click “View Details.”

  • Enter the size and gender of the clothes in your bag.

  • Optionally, add a photo or list specific items if you’d like.

  • Click “Mark as Ready.”

  • Select “Find Your Match.”

  • Review the match details to make sure the gender and size align with the clothes in your bag.

  • Click “Confirm Match.”

  • Click “Generate Label” to create your shipping label for your match.

Step 4: Ship Your Bag

Once your label is generated, it’s time to send your Loop bag on its way.

  • Generate & print your label
    Create your prepaid shipping label and print it on standard paper.

  • Attach the label to your bag
    Securely tape the label to the outside of your bag so it’s clearly visible.

  • Drop off at USPS
    Bring your bag to any USPS location or schedule a free USPS pickup from your home.

  • Track your shipment
    Mark your bag as shipped in your account and we’ll keep you updated until it arrives at its new home.
