You tell us your children's sizes and genders, and choose whether you want to send, receive, or both. You can change those preferences anytime.
Matched intentionally
We pair your bag with a family whose child can wear those clothes next. If a match does not feel right, you can always request a new one.
Straight from home to home
You get a prepaid shipping label and can track your bag as it travels from your home to another family's home. No bins, no middle steps.
And when you receive
Once you have sent a bag, you are in line to receive your child's next size when a match comes your way. The more families in the loop, the faster it comes around.

When you opt in to receive, you join the list of families waiting for your child's next size. When another family sends a bag that matches that size and gender, we let you know and you can track it to your door.
Because matches depend on what is flowing through the community, the timing is not fixed. Think of it as giving first, and receiving when the loop comes back to you.
